The cycle is made up of the following steps
1. 3 days of preparation.
Choose what you like and eat 3 big meals a day. Start the journal/ Food Log and drink 2L water.
2. 3 Protein Days
Eat every 30min.
Never stay without food for longer than 2 hours
3. 25 days Weight Loss Days.
Eating a fairly strict diet. This includes all the food groups.
4. 14 days Metabolic Adjustment
Add more foods
5. Maintenance
After the cycle of 45 days, if you are happy with the weight loss, you can go onto maintenance to stabilise your fat ratio which could
take 3 to 24 months. If you want to lose more weight, then just start the cycle again.
If at any time you feel hungry, you are allowed to eat a high protein snack and drink a glass or two of water, which will tide you over
to your next meal.
